Sun Rising from the Borobudur Temple
This shot was taken on top of the Borobudur temple, one of the most important and visited Buddhist temples in the world. Rediscovered in the 19th century, it returned to being a place of worship, recovering its spiritual memory. Heinz went to Borobudur around 3 in the morning, as it was important for him to show the progressive enlightenment of the awakening Buddha. In this regard, he told us about, when looking for the right position for his shot, he fell from one floor of the monument to the other. He fortunately only broke a camera flash:
